Previous Year Exhibitors
Set up times Monday 18th Showtime arrive at PTCC at 8:30am -Trucks to move in 10am, Command Truck is first, then the others. -12 - 5pm for exhibitor booth move in Wednesday 20th -3pm booths move out (or if they are attending the final Wednesday sessions 5pm) -530pm Trucks move out (sound reasons for session in Salon A) If your set up if very quick, no loading doors needed, and you are not able to come Monday, you can set up Tuesday November 19th between 7:00am – 7:30am (Doors will open at 7:30am)
